Jeffrey H. Sopp President & CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Expesite, Jeffrey H. Sopp is responsible for the overall strategic direction and vision of the company.
Beyond the day-to-day operations of the organization, Jeff is focused on expanding the already outstanding client base, as well as leading the organization to new market opportunities. Bringing nearly 20 years in service-related industries, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Jeff oversees the organization’s product development programs that will enhance the client experience.
His experience with Fortune 1000 clients provides an in-depth knowledge of enterprise requirements and solutions. Jeff has developed a client-focused process to ensure total client satisfaction, based on end-to-end solutions that provide his client base a superior value proposition and a maximum return on investment. Jeff’s keen business acumen, vast industry knowledge, executive network and passion for his clients and associates provide the leadership qualities to ensure that Expesite will continue to grow and flourish – and continue to exceed his client’s expectations.

| Prior to leading Expesite as President and CEO, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at CompuCom Systems (NASD-CMPC), a $1.6 billion Dallas TX based I/T outsourcing and integration company. |

| Jeff is an alumnus of The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ohio University where he graduated with honors.

Karen Gellner Chief Administrative Officer
Karen Gellner brings over 20 years of experience in fast-paced organizations similar to Expesite. Her primary concentration has been with companies in the areas of operations, retail, sales & technology.
Karen applies her unique abilities to ensure day-to-day operations are running effectively. Her focus at Expesite is to ensure administrative services including all human resource functions, facility management, travel requirements & other are managed efficiently. She continues to drive the standard of excellence our clients – and team members – have come to expect.
Karen developed, implemented and manages our exceptional Client Satisfaction Program, earning praise from our clients and associates alike. Through Karen’s dedication and direction, our clients’ and associates’ best interests are always at the forefront of our work.

Chad Hill Senior Vice President of Enterprise Services Group
Chad Hill, Senior Vice President, has played a critical role in furthering the developments of Expesite. He brings over 10 years of expertise working closely with clients, and is adept at quickly and thoroughly understanding their business processes. Chad is responsible for leading the Enterprise Services Group, which is made up of Solution Engineers and Account Managers.
Combining technical expertise with thousands of hours of on-site consulting for clients all over North America, Chad continues to lead the ‘Client Driven Development’ model that embodies Expesite’s Client Satisfaction focus. In addition, his disciplined approach to project management ensures unparalleled quality of communications, and guarantees client expectations are always met or exceeded.
Chad received his Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, and he has been recognized for his superior client satisfaction with both the Expesite Eagle and STAR awards.

Mark Weber Global Account Director
As a Global Account Director, Mark Weber is responsible for overseeing the CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) world-wide account and co-chairing Expesite’s client satisfaction program. His responsibilities include continually developing and growing the relationship with CBRE, as well as maintaining superior client satisfaction ratings with Expesite’s current client base.
Prior to becoming Expesite’s Global Account Manager, Mark was the Vice President of Account Services for Expesite. In this role, Mark excelled at providing account leadership, expanding clients’ use of the Expesite solution, and maintaining client satisfaction for both his team and for Expesite clients.
Before coming to Expesite, Mark spent over 10 years providing technology solutions for state and local governments. In addition, he provided consulting services, facilities maintenance management, and geographic information systems. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and he received his Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

J. Alexander Kirk Client Business Executive
Alex Kirk plays a key role in the company’s continued growth, helping to build its position as a market leader in multi-unit development solutions.
As a registered architect and Expesite’s leading subject matter expert, Alex combines an operator’s perspective with over two decades of construction project management experience to provide targeted solutions for Expesite’s clients.
During his career, Alex has authored several articles in leading industry publications on a range of topics related to the use of technology in multi-unit commercial development & construction projects.
Today, Alex’s primary role is to help Expesite’s new and existing clients succeed by consulting them in best practices to evaluate, justify and implement the technology in the context of their current environment.
Alex holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Virginia, and a Masters of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology. Alex is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and serves on the Build Point Advisory Board.
