Jeffrey H. Sopp
President & CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Expesite, Jeffrey H. Sopp is responsible for the overall strategic direction and vision of the company.
Beyond the day-to-day operations of the organization, Jeff is focused on expanding the already outstanding client base, as well as leading the organization to new market opportunities. Bringing nearly 20 years in service-related industries, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Jeff oversees the organization’s product development programs that will enhance the client experience.

His experience with Fortune 1000 clients provides an in-depth knowledge of enterprise requirements and solutions. Jeff has developed a client-focused process to ensure total client satisfaction, based on end-to-end solutions that providing his client base a superior value proposition and a maximum return on investment. Jeff’s keen business acumen, vast industry knowledge, executive network and passion for his clients and associates provide the leadership qualities to ensure that Expesite will continue to grow and flourish – and continue to exceeding his client’s expectations.
Prior to leading Expesite as President and CEO, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at CompuCom Systems (NASD-CMPC), a $1.6 billion Dallas TX based I/T outsourcing and integration company.
Jeff is a member of the international Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and is affiliated with several Boards in the Columbus area, including:

Jeff is an alumnus of The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ohio University where he graduated with honors.
Karen Gellner
Chief Administrative Officer

Karen Gellner brings over 20 years of experience in fast-paced organizations similar to Expesite. Her primary concentration has been with companies in the areas of operations, retail, sales & technology.
Karen applies her unique abilities to ensure day-to-day operations are running effectively. Her focus at Expesite is to ensure administrative services including all human resource functions, facility management, travel requirements & other are managed efficiently. She continues to drive the standard of excellence our clients – and team members – have come to expect.
Karen developed, implemented and manages our exceptional Client Satisfaction Program, earning praise from our clients and associates alike. Through Karen’s dedication and direction, our clients’ and associates’ best interests are always at the forefront of our work.
Rob Goodwin, PMP
Executive Vice President, Services

As the Expesite Executive Vice President of Services, Rob Goodwin is responsible to integrate the end-to-end Expesite Program Management Software and Project Management processes, tools, best practices, methodologies, and reports
required to provide the best service possible for our clients. Rob brings over 20 years of project management experience in information technology, financial services, manufacturing, and services related industries for companies ranging in size from less than 100 employees to those with more than 170,000 employees. He is focused on incorporating best practices and continuous process improvement procedures for Expesite.
Rob has worked in a number of organizations that recognize the growing importance of project management, specifically online project management. He has created project delivery frameworks and associated processes that seamlessly integrate into respective business operations. His experience is leveraged to build on Expesite’s client-focused approach ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
Graduating from the Naval Postgraduate School (MS: Computer Information Systems), Marymount College of Virginia (MBA), and George Washington University (Masters Certificate in Project Management) is a direct result of Rob’s belief that a combination of formal education and business experience is the best formula to create superb products and services.
Rob is an active member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He also received CompTIA’s “IT Project + Certified Professional” accreditation.
Dennis R. Susa, Jr.
Vice President of Corporate Development

Dennis Susa brings over 20 years of experience in information technology sales, marketing and services to Expesite as Vice President of Corporate Development.
In his role, he is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences with Expesite’s world-class products and services - and growing the company’s end-to-end solutions portfolio in new and existing markets.
Prior to joining Expesite, Dennis served as a director at Microsoft Corporation managing teams of sales, specialists, and technical professionals that serviced top enterprise clients and key systems integrators. In addition, he served as the Director of Business Planning and Communications for Microsoft’s North American Sales, Marketing and Services division – where he was responsible for all strategic communications and business planning events from the office of the corporate vice president.
Dennis also spent nearly a decade at IBM Corporation, where he specialized in point-of-sale and in-store technologies for the retail, quick service and hospitality industries.
Dennis holds a BA in Business Marketing and English Literature from Hillsdale College in Michigan.
J. Alexander Kirk
Client Business Executive

Alex Kirk plays a key role in the company’s continued growth, helping to build its position as a market leader in multi-unit development solutions.
As a registered architect and Expesite’s leading subject matter expert, Alex combines an operator’s perspective with over two decades of construction project management experience to provide targeted solutions for Expesite’s clients.
During his career, Alex has authored several articles in leading industry publications on a range of topics related to the use of technology in multi-unit commercial development & construction projects.
Today, Alex’s primary role is to help Expesite’s new and existing clients succeed by consulting them in best practices to evaluate, justify and implement the technology in the context of their current environment.
Alex holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Virginia, and a Masters of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology. Alex is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and serves on the Build Point Advisory Board.
Angela Pace, PMP
Strategic Projects & Collaboration

Angela Pace is responsible for the implementation of strategic projects that enhance Expesite’s software solutions and integration efforts. Angela brings nearly a decade of experience providing solutions to the retail, restaurant and banking
industries. Her skills in product and project management, as well as her information systems background position her among the leading experts in collaborative technologies. She has worked with some of the world’s largest and most recognized brands in retail, restaurant and banking. Prior to her current role, Angela headed Expesite’s product development team.
A tenured Expesite associate & member of the company’s leadership team and Product Advisory Board, Angela has served several roles throughout the organization, and plays an essential role in the long-term growth of Expesite.
Angela is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, and she achieved her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, with a BA in Communication.
Chad Hill, PMP
Vice President, Solutions

As Vice President, Solutions, Chad Hill leads an elite team of solution engineers who deliver innovative solutions to the most difficult challenges clients face today.
Since Expesite’s inception in 1999, Chad has played a crucial role in the design and development of the Expesite application. Combining technical expertise with thousands of hours on-site at clients’ offices all over North America, Chad continues to champion the ‘Client Driven Development’ model that embodies Expesite’s Client Satisfaction focus.
PMI best practices are incorporated into all implementation projects, which result in consistent on-time/on-budget delivery. This disciplined approach to project management ensures unparalleled quality of communications, and guarantees client expectations are always met or exceeded. Hill is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, serves on the Product Governance Board, and received the Expesite Eagle Award and Expesite STAR Award.
